現有一問題向您請教。

明年我將申請轉為美國公民，然後準備以兄弟移民（FB4類）的方式將我弟弟一家三口人移民美國。我弟弟的女兒現在11歲，鑒於目前親屬移民的排期（大約要等12年），等到了遞交I-485的時候，我弟弟的女兒將24歲了（超過21周歲）。那樣，我弟弟的女兒是不是就不能隨我弟弟一起移民美國了？

-It is still very possible. CSPA age = the child actual age when the PD is current - I-130 pending time.  If CSPA age < 21, then the child is not age-out.  Normally the I-130 takes 4 to 5 years for approval, and that means as long as the priority date becomes current before the child turns 25 to 26 years old (i.e. actual age 25 to 26 years), then the child is OK to immigrate to US with the parent.

有什麽方法可以解決子女超齡的問題？

另外，我聽說一個可以“鎖定”年齡的方法，是什麽呢？
