supporting documents

8老師，我提交給NVC的SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS（給國內的母親辦理移民）已經有兩個多月了，可是一直沒有收到任何的回複。打電話給NVC，客服說正在辦理。我想問這麽久的時間沒有收到任何回複是正常的嗎？一般多久能收到回複呢？謝謝！
