-Yes.

還是一定要郵寄？傳真行嗎？置頂的邀請函樣板是寫給大使館的，而且是用英文寫的，我覺得是不是用中文更好，畢竟中國的老媽不會英文，中國大使館也應該接受中文。

-You don't need to write to the th US Consuate. Just write in Chinese to your mother to invite her to visit you. The VO knows Chinese well.
