媽媽今年四月底持B-2簽證入美。八月去加拿大坐郵輪至阿拉斯加回美。剛剛查了她的 I-94, 已經自動延期了六個月。是這個樣嗎？

-If she got a new I-94 with new expiration date, then she can stay in US until the new I-94 expires.

 

問題是，我三周前已遞上她的 I-539 延期申請，還未回複。 應該如何處理？

-It does not matter, and leave it alone. USCIS may not approve it.
