-Yes. But if your PD is earlier than the Final Action Date (PD is current), your spouse and child had better use AP to travel in case your I-485 is approved during their travel, thus their H-4 visa will be void.

已遞交485，本周也已錄指紋，但材料裏提過夫妻都曾經是共產黨員，但最遲2012年初已退黨，這種情況會被拒嗎？
