H1B，雇主辦綠卡，I485剛交上去，不到六個月，也沒有EAD，這種情況下算什麽身份，還是H1B嗎？是應該讓新雇主轉H1B嗎？

-Find a job and use EAD to work. If you want to get the H-1, you may need to go to China to get the H-1 visa to come back because the new H-1 approval may have no I-94 due to the status gap unless you find the new job very soon (within one month).
