但是我就不知道下一步該做什麽呢？

我是否要交IV費呢？（Applicant Information Fee）我進入網站後說是“uninvoiced”

-You need to get the IV fee invoice before you pay the fee. If NVC have not sent it to you, then you may contact NVC and ask them to send it to you.

我是否要開始填表DS-260？

-No until you pay the IV fee.

我是否可以開始收集材料後寄給NVC呢？

-Follow the NVC Instructions.
