姐姐的女兒20歲,大學在讀. 姐姐和她女兒都有10年B2 visa.

如果我幫姐姐申請移民, 是一起申請她女兒呢還是等我姐姐辦好後, 以媽媽的身份申請她女兒過來?

-Yes, but the mother may have to become a US citizen to do it becuase the child will get marrid before your sister becomes a green card holder more than 10 years. later.

-The child will be age-out when the PD is current more than 10 years later, so you can not do anything to help the child immigrate to US.

她女兒現在對出國不熱衷, 覺得太辛苦.願意在國內呆.

-The child is right based on my opinion.

但我姐姐想出來, 她下崗多年, 做生意養家很辛苦. 姐夫已去世.
