公司這周可以提交140 premium，新的移民排期出來後，10月1 日後可以提交485.

Q: 是先提交140，等receipt，再提交485比較好，還是等到10月1日後一起提交比較好？

-May just file I-140 first because you use premium processing. Your I-485 will not be approved soon if you file it based on the Date for Filing Immigration Visa.  You can do the physical exam now.
