親愛的8老師，最近辦140有遇到困難，請您指點

 

我的故事是

兩年前大頭A同意給我辦綠卡並且寫了一封內部文件給HR director,要求HR給我辦.大頭A任命HR director

後來我和HR辦PERM，幾個月前PERM通過了

現在是大頭A走了，又上來一個新的大頭B

我申請140的文件HR已經review 並且簽了，但是因為單位要出錢

HR director把我的材料轉給了我的直接上司，我的直接上司要跟大頭B會談，談付申請費的事

 

我的問題是

我的單位如果說不給我辦綠卡了，那麽我拿著大頭A寫的批準文件，能不能通過法院請求執行，讓我單位

給我辦綠卡？
