請問尊敬的8老師： 本人PD 是2013年10月23， 2015年8月出來的CURRENT 是2013年12月1日， 昨天收到移民局來信說於2015年8月24日收到I-485， 但是不在CURRENT，因此REJECT APPLICATION。請問8老師， 這是什麽原因？
-Probably USCIS made a mistake. You may contact USCIS to see what happened. Did USCIS return all of your application materials yet? If yes, you may print out the Visa Bulliton of August 2015 to justify that your priority date was current when you filed I-485 in August 2015, then return the application back to USCIS.
難道跟07綠卡無排期事件一樣嗎？
