如題，綠卡持有人可以給unmarried sons and daughters (21歲以上）申請綠卡。請問這個unmarried是說從未結過婚？

 

離婚(帶小孩兒的）算嗎？

-Yes. But the child (beneficiary) can not re-married after I-130 filing unless the sponsor (parent) becomes a US citizen first.
