您好，上次說到去年H1B沒抽到。公司同意用CPT工作，然後今年申請H1B.現在已經approved.
但要到10月1日才能生效。現在我還是在學校注冊了課程以keep status。本來我應該選4門才能FULL TIME,但是因為學校安排的課程衝突,我隻能選2門,我報告了INTERNATIOANL OFFICE.
結果今天international office 問我是否 file the change of visa type?
我想他們看到I-20上標注的"CHANGE VAIS TO H1B“ 所以來問我的.我現在很緊張,我是否要如實回答?

還有我是否要再選2門其他的課來變full-time?

10 月1日變成H1BStatus後,是否也是可以attend classes ?
-Yes if you want to. But you need to start working for the employer on Oct. 1 to keep your H-1 status.
