Eb2 pd 2013 7月，485已經交了，現在想自己辦降級，eb2 到eb3,

-Why do you want to degrade I-140 from EB2 to EB3? EB3 takes much longer time for PD to be current than EB2 in these days. If you insist to do it, you need to discuss it with your employer or the lawyer. You can not do it by yourself.

請教8老師幾個問題， 1， 140表裏，part5,2h labor certification filling date 是指perm 的priorty date嗎？

-Yes, it is the priority date in the I-140 approval notice.

2i labor certification expiration date 是不是perm approval certification valid to xxx 的那個日子

-Right.

2， part 6, 3 nontechnical job description 是指當前的job duties 還是perm 裏未來的job duties, perm 是按eb2做的，

-It is PERM future job duties.

現在填這欄要不要改動，

-May not need to change.

part 6 wage, 是填現在工資還是perm 裏的prevailing wage,

-It is PERM Prevail Wage.

3， part 7, dependent,當時填eb2 140時，沒有把孩子的信息給律師，他們是在美國出生，現在填表的話需要把他們填上嗎，

-Had better list it there.

前後信息不一樣，會有問題嗎

4， job title 和duties 填和以前eb2申請時一致，對嗎？

-You can use a new title or keep the same title.

5，現在的工資不到perm裏的prevailing wage,

-It does not matter.

隻要公司提供稅表證明有能力支付就可以嗎，

-Fine and the employer need to provide the same type of documents as they did for your EB2.

需要寫letter說明嗎？

-No.
