中間會有RFE嗎(可能是什麽樣的RFE) ?
-It is possbile. Why do you want to file N-470? Do you want to work for a US compnay outside US for a longer time? If so, you also need to apply for reentry permit by filing I-131.
另外,雖然GC後在美已連續一年多,但中間有去年底的美國以外旅遊10天, 會不會有問題呢?
