兩位老人2年前回國了，因為當時打算放棄綠卡，沒有申請返美證。現在因為種種原因希望再次回到美國居住，請問他們有哪些 options? 申請探親簽證的話會不會被拒？是否可以重新申請綠卡？

-Their green card are void. It seems there was not uncontrolled factor ro prevent them from return to US in time. So, they may just abandon their green card in any one of the US Consulates in China and then, apply for the B-2 visa to enter US. If they want to get the green card again, then you can sponsor them as you did before. I have suggested some people like your parents to do that and they got the B-2 visa very easily.

By the way, if they want to abandon the green card and apply for the B-2 visa at the same time (one interview for both), they can make appointment for the B-2 visa interview and then, also  bring the documents for green card abandonment together with the B-2 visa applicaiton materials. Then, just telll the person in the front desk in the US Consulate about the green card abandonment and the B-2 visa application and submit all the materials to that person.  It is very simple.
