請教8老師：父母移民864填表問題

現在工作的公司是我和老公自己開的，注冊的是corporation，我倆是president和vice president，有W-2。請教您在864 part6 裏我是應該填1，employed as president of abce company 還是2，self-employed as an owner of abc company? 如果填2，還需不需要提供公司的稅表？
