本人持H1B，前雇主幫我辦的I-140已獲批，現雇主PERM辦理中，我打算以前雇主的I-140提交485（前雇主同意支持我），
- 以前雇主為SPONSOR的485申請是否可以辦EAD和AP？

- 在485 Pending期間是否可以隨時提交EAD和AP申請？

不和485一起提交會單獨收費嗎？
-No fee for ever if you provide the copy of I-485 receipt notice when filing I-131/I-765.
- 如果我隻想保持H身份，可否隨我的485提交為我太太（H4)單獨申請EAD和AP？
-She can file I-485 toegther with yours and apply for AP/EAD based on her I-485. Or she may apply for EAD based on her H-4, but need to pay I-765 filing fee. There is no fee for EAD or AP based on her I-485.
對她今後的身份有何影響？
-If she uses AP or I-485 based EAD, then her H-4 will be affected, otherwise, no.
