--You had better work for the I-140 sponsor for at least 6 months after you get green card. But if you don't, USCIS may not be serious to check it.

2.我的律師說現在提交了485移民局也不會處理了，因為看到已經提交的太多了，是真的嗎？

-USCIS will process your case, but they will not approve it until the PD becomes current again.

3.樓下的仁兄建議我趕快提交，說我的485半年內肯定不會批，正好利用ACT21得到綠卡，請問這樣得到綠卡後我還需要回原雇主處工作？
