-As A10 holder, she can not get the green card in US because she actually has an order of removal witheld (i.e. deport held). She can stay in US and work using A10 card, but she can not bcome a green card holder. If she leaves US, she will not be allowed to enter UA for about 10 years. So, her spouse can file I-130 for her, but her I-485 will not be approved if she files it.
