Firstly, my name is YuMeng, not yumei. I haven't got my GC. I filed on OCT,2004, Finger Print on DEC,2004, my interview is on FEB,2005. it is fast because NYC immigration office have a kind of pilot program which just started on MAR,2004. It takes about 4 months to interview. If I am lucky enough, I will get my passport stamped on Feb 2005. But they may not finish security check at that time. So I may still need to wait for a few of weeks after interview.
On your case, you filed on Nov 2003. There was no pilot program at that time, then you may need wait from 9 months to 24 months before your interview. No one knows exact time. Someone may be only one month, someone may be more then 24 months.

I don't know why they transfer your case to Missouri office. No idea!
