從上表可以看到2015/7/20處理到2013/10/1有7783份I-485. 而2015/4/1時，處理到2011/4/1 有2704件沒有處理，從下表看從2011/4/1到2013/10/1，共增加了大概5200件。 總數應該是 7946， 顯示的 7783，說明這三個月隻處理了大概200件。整個2015年度的名額用了2100左右。所以估計到10月大概到7000件。 按每年2800算， 這些處理完大概要兩年半時間。 也就是說大概要到2018年度中能把這些2013/12/15以前的I-485處理完。 現在不知道2014 和2015年EB2有多少申請人。
所以10月星年度開始EB2大概要回到2011年底左右。

從上麵的表還可以看到2015/7/20EB3 處理到 2012/9， 有2700 I-485 PENGING. 而在2014/10 EB3處理到2009/4時，有5800件，所以新年度估計EB3名額剛好把2012/9以前的全部處理完，EB3可能又會加快了，
