親戚通過辦EB5投資移民去年全家拿到了臨時綠卡，他孩子現在在這兒上大學。親戚夫婦每半年左右來美一次，每次待一個月左右，因為國內還有工作。去年來美入境沒有問題，這次來入境遭到海關官員詢問，護照上寫了I-407 Advised 5 months。請問這種情況下次來美入境會有問題嗎？

他們現在拿的還是臨時綠卡，不知這樣會不會對申請正式綠卡有影響？他們是否需要馬上辦I-131白皮書?
-They have to apply for the permit reentry  and use it to enter US for next travel. If their green card is cancelled, their child's conditional green card will also be cancelled.

Remember: the green card is for them to live in US permanently, not for them to use it as a border-crossing card.
