在美國提交I-539將H1b轉成J-1。現在有些疑問，希望大家幫忙。

1. 如果I-539 處理期間，H1b工作到期，怎麽辦？ 還能合法留在美國等待結果嗎？

2. I-539 上new status and effective date是要填DS-2019 上職位開始的時間嗎？
