130表格問題：
（1）我母親己過逝，父親未再娶，應該填第8項，還是第11項？如果是填第11項，
-Fill "item 11", and put "(Deceased)" just behind your mother's name, e.g. "Xiaohong Lin (Deceased)".

那麽第12項是填死亡日期嗎？
-Leave it blank.

（2）第20項是寫中文字，還是中文拚音？
-Write your father's name and address (in China) in Chinese characters (寫中文字), not Pinyin.

（3）我父親在美國，第22項是填所住城市和州，還是移民局地址？
-It is the city name where the local USCIS Office (Field Office) is located, e.g. Atlanta in Georgia. You can find the one in your area at this website:
http://www.uscis.gov/about-us/find-uscis-office/field-offices

（4）我幾年前為國內的Sibling 申請130己批，在D. Other information 的第2項的place of filing 是指我所在州嗎？
-It is the USCIS Office where your I-130 is located such as USCIS Texas Service Center, etc. You can find it in your I-130 receipt notice or approval notice.

485 表格問題：
（1）我父親這次入關時被請進小屋詢問。在part 3: processing information 裏的一項“were you inspected by a U.S. Immigration officer", 應該填yes or not?
-Say "Yes", of course. Everyone has to say "Yes" unless you entered US illegally.

(2) 忘了辦我父親的出生公證，我打算先把其他材料交上去，以後再補或者等ref, 可以嗎？
-It is not good. You had better provide all of the required documents at the same time.

（3）我父親今年80歲，要交G325A 嗎？
-Not need and not need to pay the biometrics fee of $85 either.

（4）他有10年往返簽證，如在申請期間回國，要辦AP 嗎？
-Must use AP after filing green card application. No more B-2 visa due to immigration intent.
