公民給母親辦綠卡所需要的親屬關係公證原件找不到了，
-It is OK to provide the photocopy.


請問親屬關係公證可以在美國辦嗎，　


還是要回國去辦？
-Yes, but this document is not required officially though some immigration officers may ask for it. If needed, you may just ask the original notarization agency to issue a copy to you (Perhaps they may still have your file there).
