拿到綠卡就快5年了（還有80幾天），打算現在遞交N400, 第一個問題就被卡住了
Part I, Application Eligibility:
是應該選“has been a us permnent resident for over 5 years"
-Yes.

還是選“Other” 然後注明是提前90天之內file？

現在交會被處理嗎？還是anyway他們要等滿五年才處理申請？
-They will process the case after you file it, but it will not be approved until you has been green card holder for > 5 years. The process takes time, anyway.
