歡迎信上說要3個星期內會受到綠卡，可是媽媽想早些回國。請問可以用歡迎信回國後入境嗎？
-No. She may bring her passport and the I-485 approval notice or Welcome Letter to the local USCIS Office to get the green card stamp, and use the stamp to travel.
