8老師，您好，剛剛好不容易PERM得到批準，現在該申請I-140了
因為是政府雇員辦140，跟企業又有不同，特在此請教
1）140要求前任雇主簽experience verification letter以證明以前的工作經驗和skills
match PERM job ad 的要求， 這個需要以前的經驗和skills 100% match麽，
還是大體上
match PERM job ad的requirement就行？
-Yes.
2）我以前在A市政府的B部門，原來的supervisor現在在A市政府的C部門，那我讓原來
的supervisor用c部門的信紙打印出experience verification letter然後簽字行不行？
-Fine. But the supervisor should indicate that he was your supervisor during he served in B部門.
原來
B部門的director現在在另一個城市的non profit工作，我用不用找director簽字，證明經驗，
還是原來的supervisor簽了就可以了？
-Fine. Your formal supervisor's letter is enough.
3）關於ability to pay的問題， 因為現在還在另一個城市的市政府工作，這個市政府有
7500雇員，但是跟公司不一樣，沒有net income和profit，那麽是不是讓CFO寫一個
letter就可以了？
-Yes.
具體應該包括哪些要點呢？
-Just briefly introduce the Department (i.g., it is Federal Government agency, how many employee, budget, etc.), and how the finance come from to pay the employee, etc.
要不要提供其他用來證明ability to pay的文件，
-No.
比如說Comprehensive Annual Financial Report? 一共有500多頁，要都寄過去麽？
