1。本人美國公民，我妹妹申請了移民130 （2011年）
2。今年一月受到移民局的信，要求補充兄妹關係證明。二月提交完畢。
3。這個月妹妹在中國受到一封移民局的信，大意是說：先不要辭職，買房，登有visa時，再通知你需要提交文件等等。
從這封信來看，移民申請130已通過。


但是做為申請人我們沒有收到任何approval letter。
--If it is approved, you should have received the I-130 approval notice. You had better contact USCIS for your I-130 status.

由於我們隻是提交130表，請問：
我們申請人還要填寫什麽表？
-National Visa Center will contact you and send you instructions when your priority date is current.

什麽時候提交？
-Probably 6 years later from now on.


我們能否寫信給移民局詢問approval letter情況？
-Call them at 1 [phone].
