給母親申請綠卡，又有問題來請教您了。

1. I-485 表格上expiration date 6/30/2015,現在還可以用嗎？網站沒有找到最新的。
-Yes.

2. 申請b2簽證時的文件都是簽的中文，現在申請綠卡文件及693，需要簽英文還是中文，還是中，英文都可以。
-Had better use English, i.e. Pinyin, like: Xiaohong Li.

3.表格I- 130，
C. informationof relative,

第 6. marital status, 應選哪項？我生父去世，母親又和繼父離婚，填離婚，對嗎？
-Yes, choose "Divorced".

第11，name of prior spouses, 寫生父和繼父兩人，對嗎
-Right. Put "(Deceased)"  after your biological father's name. By the way, your mother needs to provide her divorce certificate for her I-485 filing.


第19. your relative’s address abroad

Phone number(if any) 母親現在美國，國內的電話已經取消了，leave it blank,對嗎？
-Yes.

4.C. Information about your relative 中

第14. Date authorized stay expired,母親延期一次，這裏填延期前


還是延期後的expired 時間。
-Yes if the extension was approved already.
