再次緊急求教老師，關於綠卡及白皮書

家人三月份在廣州拿到移民簽證， 我四月份幫他們在網上交了綠卡費。至今未收到綠卡。

他們六月中入境美國， 六月底回國前遞交了白皮書的申請。 您上次回答說憑簽證可以再入境。

今天收到要8月5日去打指紋的通知。  如果屆時還未收到綠卡及社安卡， 打指紋有問題嗎？
