1）我們在中國結婚，交485時是 要 結婚證的公證還是結婚狀態公證？還是兩者都行
-Technically, either one is OK, but occasionally I have seen some immigration officers only accept 結婚狀態公證. So, if possible, you had better do 結婚狀態公證. Of course, if you only have 結婚證公證, it is also fine to submit it because most immigration officers will accept it,
2） 我做了些考古，有人說結婚證丟了，才做結婚狀態公證，是否正確？
-Not true.
3）我們有結婚證，能否在美國直接翻譯公證，這樣可不可以？
-Yes. But if you ask your friend to do it for you, you need to follow the format which is accepted by USCIS, e.g. certification by the translator must be included. Read these links:
