我為我父母和公婆去年６月申請綠卡，我父親和公公的綠卡在今年６月剛批下來。因我婆婆去年身體情況，公婆在去年８月份就回國了，我今年６月回國，上周回來接到信，我父親和公公的綠卡在今年６月批了，我母親和婆婆的還沒批。對公婆的這事我不知該如何處理。因公婆在去年８月份就回國了，公公的綠卡今年６月批了, 但他已回國一年了，他是否可來美？
-He had better return to US before the AP expires. If he can not retunr to US shortly, he had better come back to US within 6 months using the green card.
