出生公證和常住人口登記表？

正在給父母辦理綠卡準備材料。查了一下一年前（2014年初的）的舊帖子，發現有人問這樣的問題。sponsor的出生公證交上去了以後，還被要求提供額外文件，比如常住人口登記表或者戶口什麽的？請問最近辦理父母移民的人隻需要交國內的出生公證就可以了嗎（假設translator certification是符合要求的）？最近有沒有人被要求還要提供常駐人口登記表作為補充材料的呢？多謝

如果有辦成的朋友，分享一下最好。

Chinese Notarial Certificates are considered to be secondary evidence. Therefore, at least one of the following official documents must be submitted in support of the notarial certificate of birth:
- Birth Certificate
- Hospital Certificate
- Family Household Registry
- Family Household Register Form
- Booklet issued by the Province's Health Department regarding the birth
