請問8老師和壇友，關於公證的translator statement


我們是在美國交申請。給父母辦移民，我因為時間問題，現在隻能用我十年前辦理的出生公證，我的這個出生公證的確是國內公證處發的，但是隻有基本翻譯，沒有明確說明英文和中文絕對相符合，而且也沒有說翻譯者絕對qualified。似乎這樣的公證會有問題，

 
是不是我需要找一個類似下麵的翻譯公司幫我做翻譯證明就可以了

Or you may ask a friend of yours to translate the birth certificate again, and this friend needs to write a statement addressing that he/she knows both English and Chinese well, and the translation by him/her is accurate for the original document (see the following links I cited for you). Your friend had better go to the Notary Public (e.g. bank) to notarize his/her signature on the translation copy and his/her statement. Also provide the entire copy of your original birth certificate you got  公正 in China.
