母親是加拿大移民，但最近剛收到美國移民批準信，綠卡要3個月收到，但由於健康原因馬上要回加拿大看病，現在馬上申請返美證行嗎？同時擁有2個國家的移民有問題嗎？
-She needs to bring the I-485 approval notice and passport to the local USCIS Office to get the green card stamp for travel if she leaves US before she receives the approved green card.
