請問老師，485 EVL的job description一定要和PERM的H還是K section一致？H11是job duties K是alien work experience，另外H1B extenstion的Job duties需要也加進來麽？
-The EVL is to verify your current position, not necessary to be the same as the PERM position, but your employer needs to address in the EVL that the position, term and condition described in the PERM/I-140 petition will be still available to you after you become a permanent resident.
