請教8老師，5歲小孩， 隨母親在加拿大， 父親在美國-綠卡；如果父親給小孩辦綠卡，但小孩肯定會兩邊跑/住。

我的問題是：
1）這樣小孩的綠卡後麵會不會被取消？有沒有規定，小小孩可以放寬境內住的時間要求， 比如12歲以前。
-The child can not stay outside US for > one year continuously unless he/she has reentry permit. By the way, it is possible there is some trouble at the port of entry if the child goes back and forth between US and Canada too often. Explain to the IO at the port of entry if they ask why the child goes back and forth too often, and maybe it will be OK because the child needs to visit both parents, anyway (adults can not travel like that). .

2）如果有過綠卡被取消的記錄， 對以後再次申請綠卡有怎樣的影響？
-Not affect.

3）美國加拿大之間， 陸路無出入境記錄，是否可以認為時間不會是個問題？
-It will be recorded in the system for every entry and departure.
