我媽媽的綠卡abandon後，我還可以再用我哥哥的名義給她申請綠卡嗎？上次就是我哥哥申請的，謝謝！
-Yes. After her green card abandonment is approved, the officer in the US Consulate will give the approved I-407 back to her. She needs to bring this I-407 to US and provide the copy of the approved I-407 for her new I-485 filing.
