請教8老師，i485問題

I485 Receive date is 04/02/2015, 昨天通知被layoff了，payroll 到7/15，現在趕緊找工作，接下來應該用EAD 還是 transfer H1b, 另外485被拒的話，還能在美國工作嗎？

LD現在是TN,  明年到期，是不是她接下來不能申請TN了？
