決定集中精力對抗EB1a 的rfe了。我也覺得律師不太靠譜。給我claim的幾項現在自己看看移民io的rfe 都覺得可笑。 太相信律師了。
藝術類的人實在是太少了。
然後聽天由命
不過的話， file個NIW， 要求要低一點。

還有幾個問題：
1） EB1a 的contribution 怎麽都不能證明是significant。 因為我是藝術類的， 我們這行要到established artist 大都敖到快退休了。
遇到的IO是個殺手，我現在其實就是死馬當活馬醫了。
看看能不能打個種族牌，我們這行在美國做藝術的實在是太少了， 我發現我的任何作品，任何展覽，隻要一加上是中國大陸來的，我就是唯一了。
比方說，我就成了代理100多個世界各地藝術家的畫廊裏麵唯一的中國畫家
參加比賽獲獎人有史以來唯一的中國畫家這樣能夠論證significant嗎？
-I think so.  Making great contribution on the Chinese traditional arts to the people in other countries/nations in the world of course cab be counted as significant qualification on your EB-1A.

就是證明我significant improved the artistic diversity of the field 可以嗎？

2） 我現在是O1B visa，快要過期了。 我能不能同時申請兩個雇主的O－1， 都是藝術行業的）。 用同樣的申請材料。

其中的一個雇主是現在的雇主， 但是從下學期開始提供的職位同當下我的O1b的職位不同。 我的這個O-1b 應該是一份新的而不是extend 現在的。
這樣理解對不對？
-Correct if you will be required to  conduct different activities or complete new events on the new position (talk to the lawyer).
