是否隻要原公司不撤140就沒事了？
-There is still another risk: if USCIS make a decision on your I-485 before its pending > 180 days, then they will deny your I-485.

對以後入籍有影響麽？
-No.

如果付申請人此時還沒綠也隻要原140沒撤就沒事？謝謝。
