女方外教合同明年初到期，可能先回美國，之後我朋友會經常持b簽證去美國團聚（一邊考察在美國給老婆開個生意）
顧慮是老婆是美國人他持旅遊簽證入境是否會有麻煩？
-Technically, no, but he needs to convince the Visa Officer that he has no immigration intent (i.e. he will return to China after short visit) when he applies for the B-1/B-2 visa..

另外也怕老美看上我朋友錢（年齡比我朋友小20歲）他們結婚前會作財產公證，國內的公證在美國是否有效？
