A公司剛file了485(PD 2011/01從前公司批準的140 carry over 來的律師說年底前應該能綠），這時收到B公司offer, 估計願意等三四個月有EAD,但不願意一直等到綠。個人想首先保證綠卡安全，所以不想transfer H1B招致RFE，想問一下如果B公司願意，能否我一邊H1B為A全職工作，同時用EAD為B打零工直到變綠才從A辭職。那其間我是什麽身份呢？

If you use EAD to work for B Company, your H-B status will be invalid automatically. Of course, you can work for A and B Companies at the same time using EAD. You do not have to report to A Company that you also work for B Company at the same time unless you have specific agreement with A Company in this kind of issue.
