8老師你好：公司辦綠卡打廣告失敗，說等六個月，今年十一月繼續辦，順利的話，2016年一月申請PERM。說可以提高招聘要求，但又不能量身定製，怕Audit的，可要求太低會失敗。有什麽建議嗎？

2. 已拿到H1B，今年十月一後可以激活也可以選者2016年十月L1B失效後激活，但H1B的最終有效期是2017年10月。考慮到現在申請綠卡的進度，是不是選擇2015年十月激活對我更有利？
-Your status will be H-1B automatically on Oct. 1 unless your employer withdraw it before Oct. 1. If so, you will lose the H-1B quote.

如果線公司申請綠卡還拖的話，是不是可以換工作？
-Up to you.

3. 為了繼續在2017年延期H1B， Perm必須在2016年10月申請，這樣的話，換工作對我有利嗎？
-Depends on whether the new employer will file PERM/I-140 for you very soon. So, you need to negotiate with the new employer about this issue to make sure they sponsor your green card in time. After the PERM is approved, your employer may use premium processing to get the I-140 approved in 15 days, thus you can use the approved I-140 to extend your H-1B beyond the 6 year limit even if the PERM is filed after Oct. 2016.

如果換的話，何時最好？
-Any time after Oct. 1, 2015. The sooner, the better.
