我先前的credit risk modeling offer，EB1A律師說其職業code和I140中statistician的code不一致。於是我叫公司的VP把job title改成了Statistician。同時job description也做了相應的改變。但如今即使職業code一致了，我的EB1A律師說 "Unfortunately we still believe that taking this position may cause issues for your green card application for a couple of reasons:



(1) In your I-140 petition letter, we stated that your specific field of endeavor is psychometrics and that you are qualified for a green card under the EB1A category based on your ‘research on a highly specialized area focusing on how to effectively collect, manage and conduct analyses of complex research data for substance abuse and public health research.’ We do not believe that USCIS would find that this position is in the same field of endeavor."



請問8老師我這個Case會有風險但到底有多大的風險呢? 能不能給個大概的估計？多謝。

另外，移民官一般都會去找petition letter中的specialized area來做決定嗎？還是偶爾才會？如果移民官一般都會去找的話，還要填職業code幹嘛呢？還是說EB1A類移民官一般都會去找petition letter中的specialized area, 而二類隻看看職業code就行了？

現在為這事急的睡不好，周圍無人幫忙出主意。所以請問8老師怎麽辦呢？懇請指導。
