今天去移民局參加485麵談,但移民官說我的舊PASSPORT複印件上的VISA不清楚,因為原護照已丟失,無法找到清析複印件,
-Do you can tell the visa number, etc. in the stamp? If yes, that will be fine. You should have the original I-94 of your last entry and the entry stamp on the passport, shouldn't you? This kind of information also can prove your entry to US is legal.

有沒有可能從移民局調到原Visa 複印件?
-No way.
