申請H4 EAD填I-765表遇到疑問如下：

1. 第16項該填什麽letter and number?
-It should be "(c)(26)" based on the USCIS I-765 Instructions Draft. USCIS will update Form I-765 and I-765 Instructions very soon, and you had better wait for it to file I-765 (after May 26).

2. 第11項：以前拿過OPT EAD, 需要attach all documentations, 除了OPT EAD卡，
-It is enough.

還需要哪些文件？
