給兒童辦護照,父母需要同時帶小孩去辦理,如果父母有一人在中國,需要一份公正了的同意書(STATEMENT OF CONSENT OR SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES). 我的問題是這份同意書是到任何的中國公證處去公證還是到美國領事館去公證?問了一個中國的公證處說他們公正不給填表不給蓋章,隻給個另外的公正本本,這樣美國這邊是不認可的吧?該怎樣做很是糾結,望老師指教。謝謝!
